Today’s decks can get very complicated with all the choices you need to make in design layout, material choices, sizes, privacy concerns, legal requirements, permits etc.

Fine Decks Inc. will take all the necessary steps needed to build your dream deck from our first meeting to handing over the keys.

Our first meeting is about building trust. Do you feel comfortable with us to have us build your deck. We will listen to your ideas and what you expect from us.

We will take all the necessary measurements at the location where the new deck or project will be located.

A few snapshots of this location will be taken. Including the whole house. We use this to create a rendering that matches your house. This will give you a realistic rendering how the deck or project will look after it is build.

Back in the office, we create a 3d rendering from different angles including a top view showing the dimensions.

This will be e-mailed to you. We wait for your response and if needed we can make changes.

For more complicated designs and/or complete backyard designs there is a charge based on a hourly rate. A quote is given in advance in order to proceed.
If a contract is signed for the proposed work, the design fees will be credited toward your contract.
